Business Manager

My background is in Service Management across multiple organisations. I have had the opportunity to work with Public Health England for many years and have 6 years’ experience working in the public sector with Trade Unions. This is balanced by my experience working for a large banking organisation, so I have seen both sides of the coin – so to speak! 


I am skilled in Incident Management, Service Delivery, Managed Services, Service-Level (SLA) and ITIL.


I was delighted when Tally asked me to become her Business Manager in late 2017 and I was happy to work with her in finalising a major contract which we secured. I have used my skills honed over many years to ensure we grow and develop the business. We have worked tirelessly to ensure we provide the right services for our customers as well as providing training and opportunities for development for our colleagues in BITS.


In my spare time, I am a Trustee for a local charity in London. I also love to read and go cycling when the weather is good.
