The focus of the team is centred around resolving customer issues with minimum interruption to their job.
A large part of the team’s work is troubleshooting different software packages, hardware devices and peripherals.
Including in-house and mobile. This may involve setting up devices, administering software upgrades and replacing damaged or missing hardware. We also work closely with third parties to organise repairs if required.
Our Desktop Support Team are involved in the logistics, set up and entire IT function throughout the conference for high-profile clients.
The team are skilled in providing remote software installation and support, including Microsoft Office 365 and bespoke software such as QuickBooks, Dragon and more.
The team provides onsite hardware support services, including setting up hardware, assisting with desk moves, sourcing hardware, keeping track of stock and testing.
A ticketing system enables an organised and efficient process for managing I.T. issues and for keeping users abreast of what is being done to fix any problems.
The Onsite Desktop Support team is a high-profile, customer-facing team. The team have vast experience in desktop support across a range of industries.
Whilst the problems they are solving are technical, they will always communicate in an understandable and friendly manner, building a good rapport with our clients whilst working closely onsite with them.
