Bespoke I.T. Solutions Limited is a fast-growing business that produces custom solutions based in many different technologies for our customers. We recently celebrated our fifth birthday, but Founder Natalie Alden has over 20 years’ experience in outsourced I.T. services.

Our Leadership Team
Founder & CEO
I am the Founder of Bespoke I.T. Solutions. I fulfil the role of Director and Enterprise Architect in our fast-growing IT outsourcing company. I love running this business, helping our clients optimise their I.T. and providing opportunities for our team to learn, develop and flourish. I have worked in most areas of I.T. including Technical Support, Network Design & Implementation and Consultancy.
In my spare time, I am an adult instructor with the Army Cadet Force in Hampshire and am the Detachment Commander for my contingent of Cadets (people aged between 12 and 18). I also work with another of our supported youth organisations – Southwark Young Pilgrims to work alongside other young people who live or attend schools in Southwark.
I love working with young people to help them become the best versions of themselves and to encourage them into careers in IT and STEM related areas. Sometimes all it takes is for one person to believe in them.
My background is Service Management in multiple organisations. I have had the opportunity to work with Public Health England for many years and have also 6 years’ experience working in the public sector with Trade Unions. This is balanced by my experience working for a large banking organisation. So, I have seen both sides of the coin – so to speak! I am skilled in Incident Management, Service Delivery, Managed Services, Service-Level (SLA), and ITIL.
I was delighted when Tally asked me to become her Business Manager in late 2017 and I was happy to work with her in finalising a major contract which we secured. I have used my skills honed over many years to ensure we grow and develop the business. We have worked tirelessly to ensure we provide the right services for our customers as well as providing training and opportunities for development for our colleagues in BITS.
In my spare time I am a Trustee for a local charity in London. I also love to read and in the good weather I cycle.

Southwark Young Pilgrims – a scheme for 14-16 year olds, providing direct customer-facing opportunities to young people, previously disengaged, and unlikely to leave school with qualifications. Providing life skills, work experience and a taste of real life.
Army Cadets. Several members of staff are instructors helping young people and promoting life skills, team work and promoting a culture of achievement.
Charity donation to Crisis at Christmas to provide a Christmas meal to homeless people, equal to the number of staff we have.
