Apprenticeship Programme.

Our apprenticeship programme has been extremely successful and is growing year on year. During the programme, apprentices spend six weeks in each of our service teams, giving them the experience of providing IT service and support across a range of disciplines. Many of our apprentices go on to secure a full-time position with us after.

Every apprentice is assigned a mentor upon joining us, who will provide support and appraisals throughout the programme. On top of practical experience, the apprenticeship includes 90 minutes of tuition per week with a course instructor and a final assessment project. 

We treat all apprentices as part of the team, receiving the same benefits as everyone else in the organisation, plus pay above the minimum wage and a yearly bonus. No previous I.T. experience is necessary, only the right personality and hardworking attitude, along with a willingness to learn.
