BITS is committed to providing high quality, professional and efficient services which meet or exceed the requirements of our clients. We are a young and growing organisation and our vision is to grow our client base to become a recognised provider of high-quality IT Support and Development services to SME’s.



To help us achieve our vision, we have established a Quality Management System (“QMS”) which as a minimum ensures that we meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015. Through a strong customer focus, continual improvement of our QMS and increased effectiveness, we will enhance the confidence of existing and potential clients, grow our business and increase our profitability and sustainability.
