Natalie Alden

I am the Founder of Bespoke I.T. Solutions. I fulfil the role of Director and Enterprise Architect in our fast-growing IT outsourcing company. I love running this business, helping our clients optimise their I.T. and providing opportunities for our team to learn, develop and flourish. I have worked in most areas of I.T. including Technical Support, Network Design & Implementation and Consultancy.

In my spare time, I am an adult instructor with the Army Cadet Force in Hampshire and am the County First Aid Training Adviser working to train both adults and cadets (people aged between 12 and 18) in First Aid in particular alongside all of the normal syllabus subjects.

I love working with young people to help them become the best versions of themselves and to encourage them into careers in IT and STEM related areas. Sometimes all it takes is for one person to believe in them.
