“I joined Bespoke IT Solutions in 2019 from the Public Sector, where I worked for the Ministry of Defence as an Information Manager specialising in SharePoint, M365 and Windows 10. This foundation gave me the skills, knowledge, and confidence to take my experience into the private sector as a Project Delivery Engineer with Bespoke IT Solutions.

My first couple of years with Bespoke IT Solutions focused around migrating over 2000 users from Exchange to M365 Exchange Online, delivering an entirely new and bespoke Windows 10 platform onto managing an Intune Endpoint rollout from Blackberry UEM to Microsoft Endpoint manager. I have completed my ITIL v4 Foundation certificate and am working towards my Azure certifications from Microsoft.

I was successful in promoting into the Technical Manager role after 2.5 years with the company and now oversee the support teams’ technical output along with running the internal IT team. My new role has seen me deliver Cyber Security Essentials, x2 tech refreshes, x2 ISO 27001 audits and a host of other projects which not only increased my knowledge but also provided a better service for BITS and our clients.

Tally and Steve have given me the confidence to set my own workload, the skills the achieve those tasks and the ability to plot the future of outputs within the organisation. I now liaise directly with prospective clients and act as a consultant on the systems and technologies we can provide them, which will see them working more effectively.
