Before joining Bespoke IT Solutions as 3rd Party Service Delivery Manager, I worked for British Airways, at Heathrow, for almost 15 years. I did various customer-facing roles and got to travel cheaply!


I came across the role for Problem, Change and Major Incident Manager on LinkedIn. I had no IT knowledge or experience BUT what I did have was customer experience. After a few months of doing the Problem, Change and MIM role, I moved into the 3rd Party Service Deliver Manager role. My role is all about customer service and acting as a liaison between our customers and other 3rd parties, that they use. I also manage our 3rd Line Infrastructure Team (Wintel) and our Helpdesk Team. I also get involved in various other pieces of work for BITS, attend networking events and with a strong passion for HR, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, I’ve attended some training courses.


What else do you want to know about me? Well, I’m a huge boxing fan and my boyfriend and I have been to a good few boxing matches over the years, Canelo, GGG and AJ to name but a few. I’m also a massive F1 fan (much to the annoyance of some of my colleagues) as I keep trying to get them to watch it and will happily share endless stories of all the drama that goes on, whether they want to hear about it or not. It’s on my list to finally be able to go to a race, the hard part is deciding what one to go to!
