Onsite Service Delivery Manager

I joined Bespoke IT solutions in 2023 from the civil engineer sector, where I have been involved in a range of customer facing roles, from technical support to sales. This has taken me all over the world and I have managed to create a fantastic network of colleagues throughout this time. Taking the move to IT has been a huge change in my career but has shown just how transferable the skillset I have honed over the years is, bringing my attention to detail and motivation to this sector. 

My role at Bespoke is the On Site Service Delivery Manager, and I am the primary connection between our largest customers and BITS, while also managing the onsite desktop support team. During my spare time I enjoy taking part in a number of charity events throughout the year raising money for worthwhile causes, and investing back into my local community through our local scout group.

The team at Bespoke IT Solutions have given me a fantastic start at both the company and the world of IT and while I continue my journey, will provide me with further opportunities to both gain and develop new and existing skills.
