Problem, Change & MIM Manager


I am new into the role of the Problem, Change & MIM Manager for Bespoke IT Solutions. I have worked within Service Management for over 20 Years in the Electronic & IT Industry and more recently in the Public Sector where I have served 6 years, and has included several large hyperscalers in the MSP sectors.


I am skilled in Change, Problem and Major Incident Management and ITIL. Over the years I have been fortunate to work for multiple organisations but since joining BITS I have found it to be a unique experience. I absolutely love getting up in the morning and going to work; my colleagues and peers make a huge difference to my day as they make it fun and exciting and not forgetting the continued support and encouragement to succeed every day.


I was ecstatic to join BITS as it has given me the opportunity to develop my skills further within Service Management and continue to be part of a fabulous team who feel like my extended family already.


In my spare time I am a Consultant with the Bodyshop at Home as I have a passion for helping everyone with their skincare needs and allows me to support Children on the Edge – (COTE) a charity TBSAH have partnered with to provide the vital support to several orphanages within Europe with the building of schools and emergency skincare essentials to those on the ground.
