We provide your staff in person I.T. support at their deskside. If your team are spread across multiple sites, remote tools allow real time support to be available for everyone.
Our Desktop Support is a customer facing team and we provide I.T. support, services and solutions with a personal and friendly service. The team is responsible for all the I.T. support on a customer’s site as well as remote support where required.
Requests for I.T. help are managed using phone, email, in some cases live chat / instant messaging. Responses and solutions are explained with care and patience using plain, non-technical English.

A ticketing system enables an organised and efficient process for managing I.T. issues and for keeping users abreast of what is being done to fix any problems.
The focus of the team is centered around resolving customer issues with minimum interruption to their job.
A large part of the team’s work is troubleshooting different software packages, hardware devices and peripherals.
Depending on the customer’s requirements and contract, we may work with and support third parties.
